Led the configuration tasks for onboarding multiple carriers in WM System and also developed an automation suite (Backend + UI), enhancing reliability and significantly reducing manual efforts.2. Built an automation to validate annual event offers onboarded to fulfilment system, significantly reducing possible impact by more than 80%. 1. Developed Health / Version Monitoring solution, extended this to support more regions and apps to monitor the health and version of apps pre/post deployments ensuring correct version is deployed and app is healthy.2. Built a comprehensive Python tool that drops batch test orders, ensuring seamless order fulfillment validation postdeployment, leading to a reduction in post-release customer complaints.
