  One on One Marketing was a lead generation company for online universities. They were later bought out by Digital Media Solutions. Their main website for leads was: https://www.classesandcareers.com/ I've managed our affiliate program, call verified data, PPV, PPC and email data lists.I was in charge 2/3 of the total lead volume and 55% of the media spend for One on One (typically over six-figures a month ad spend). I increased the affiliate enrollment rate by 20%. This has been achieved through finding high quality affiliates and working closely with them to optimize their traffic for enrollments.I was recognized in February 2014 for achievement amongst all employees. I would provide inbound callers with information on financial aid, enrolling in school, and different programs. After a brief interview to find the best matching school, I would transfer the student directly to the school. I would pride myself on being as personable as possible and consistently having high enrollment rates with the people I talked to.
