      I worked for one year at the laboratory of food microbiology and hygiene of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as part of my Research Thesis. Responsible for: • Performing the microbiological experiments in order to evaluate the growth of Geobacillus stearothermophilus (plate count method, decrease of pH and milk coagulation were evaluated).• Monitor the growth of G.stearothermophilus in Tryptone Soy Broth (TSB) at isothermal conditions (35-67°C) and use a cardinal type model. • Development of the predictive growth model of G.stearothermophilus.• Complying with the laboratory documented policies and procedures.• Performing the calibration and qualification of equipment and instrumentation.• Participating in training programs.• Writing and presenting the results.• Attending weekly progress team meetings.
