      • Presented the Bronze Star for meritorious service while in Iraq.• Personally selected to review and correct deficiencies in four combat logistics companies dispersed throughout Thailand. • Consistently relied upon by the chain of command to effectively employ people and assets with their capabilities. • Developed and implemented an accountability data base to verify and track 35 Marines and 184 pieces of equipment worth over $8 million dollars.• Advised and implemented military leadership and professional military education training seminars • Supervised four maintenance sections as they received 855 Principle End Items (PEI) of battle damaged equipment from the 31st MEU after their return from Iraq in April of 2005 and returned 1,173 PEI's to the owning units.• Managed 46 enlisted Marines and ensured they were administratively, physically and mentally trained, and operationally prepared for any contingencies during deployment at all times.• Created a deployment matrix spreadsheet to accurately account for the movement of Marines and equipment aboard a three ship configuration within an Amphibian Ready Group.• Conducted a thorough review of the section's processes and procedures, identified discrepancies and implemented corrective actions where discrepancies were identified.• Identified problems and implemented corrective actions that led 3D FSSG transition to the new version of Status of Resources and Training System reporting and Global Command and Control System - Joint Readiness Assessment Tool V4.0.2. • Provided administrative direction to Support Group Status of Resources and Training System Officers on utilizing new software upgrades ensuring subordinate commands were compliant/accurate submitting combat readiness evaluations.• Planned and coordinated the logistics sourcing of 250 principle end items from four battalions dispersed over five camps on Okinawa Japan in under four weeks, received noteworthy praise for initiative and proficiency.
