  I started my own consulting firm focused on projects that support the long term care insurance industry. My projects included helping a client with the implementation logistics of an in-force premium rate increase; serving as an expert witness in a long term care claims dispute and assisting a two reinsurance companies with their acquisition of a block of long term care insurance business. I also served on the Inter-Company Long Term Care Insurance Conference Board as Secretary; on the Executive Committee of the 17th and 18th Annual Inter-Company Long Term Care Insurance Conferences and on the LTC Claims Anti-Fraud Forum Governance Committee. In that capacity, we strive to help the long term care insurance industry develop best practices to combat fraud. Show less

  I am privileged to be working at Wilton Re, a leading provider of in force and reinsurance solutions in the North American life insurance industry, as their first ever Vice President of Long Term Care Operations, after they assumed responsibility for their first block of Long Term Care insurance from CNO Financial. Following a successful conversion project with our partner, LTCG, I have the opportunity to monitor the performance of this block and ensure we are providing a positive customer experience to those policyholders who had the foresight to make a plan for their long term care needs.
