Continuum Consulting Solutions was a start-up operation.At Continuum Consulting, I developed the start-up operation and built the talent brand from ground zero. Managed all facets of recruiting cycle, posted positions on job boards, networked by cold calling individuals in the field, and attended nationwide technical conferences for resources.
