  Currently working within Yoobee College's new level 5 Screen Production Diploma. "Film and Content Creation Level 5" Lead and manage change within programmes to meet the needs of industry and stakeholders.Focus on academic achievement for Animation programmes nationally. As HOF for Multimedia in Christchurch, I develop and manage the Diploma of Animation and Film Production, Diploma of Screen Production (level 6), Diploma of 3D Production (level 6) and Diploma of Game Art & Development (level 7) Managing the Digital Screen Production programme at Yoobee School of Design. I challenge students to take a creative approach to briefs and emphasise the design process when engaging with projects. Taking a critical analysis approach at all aspects of film pre production, production and post production. Tutoring in the Digital Video and Animation programme at Yoobee School of Design, I strive to enhance the education experience of my students. Emphasising storytelling as the core to each brief,I challenge students to produce high quality work to industry standard.
