      I am responsible for two departments the Machine shop along with the ASSY department. I have 40 direct reports and three leadmen that help me with these departments. It is very challenging running two departments but on the other hand at the end of the day it is very rewarding when we are running 98% to plan in one Dept. and 97% to plan in the other. Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.
