  Plan, organize, supervise and provide leadership for the day-to-day operations related to the field installation, removal, maintenance and repair of all on-street parking meters and revenue collections and inventories. Involves: Establish work priorities, assign tasks and monitor work progress. Inspect damaged, malfunctioning or vandalized parking meters. Report damaged meters to appropriate department, including Police Department, to aide in investigating vandalism, tampering and unlawful use of parking meters. Order supplies, materials and equipment to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Maintain cleanliness of shop, work areas and assigned section vehicles. Implement and enforce safe work practices and procedures. Maintain records of all hooding of meters. Prepare obsolete meters, related equipment and parts for transfer and proper disposal.
