      -Responsible for all operations for offices in US Midwest and Canada-P&L responsibility for 7 offices with 150 people -Leveraged leadership and operations strategies to drive change and become best performing region in North America for profit margin percentage and growth. -Responsible for global operations providing import, export, supply chain, and regulatory services to a Fortune 500 chemical company. -P&L responsibility for operations of $20MM with team of 80 employees -Led team through operational transformation as client divested multiple business units, resulting in several RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations. -Managed North American operations with revenues of $8MM with team of 60 employees.-Helped achieve the lowest staff turnover rate at under 6% -Launched the BDP Idea Center, a committee that designed and implemented new initiatives such as the Leadership Development Program, the BDP Sustainability Program, and a new internal job posting and application website. -Led a team of 45 employees that administered export shipments and handled customer service for a Fortune 500 chemical firm. -Directly responsible for staff operations, profit & loss (P&L) analysis, accounts receivable, and performance management.-Managed the client’s outsourced procurement activity which ensured cost savings on ocean transportation through extensive audits and analysis. -Selected to be part of the company's Global Exchange Program. Worked with key accounts in Antwerp, Belgium. -Led a team of 8 employees handling import and export activities for a Fortune 500 chemical company. -Oversaw operations and directed the transition of new business that increased revenues and overall volume by 50% in 5 months.-Acted as a liaison between the Antwerp office and U.S. operations for technology strategies and reporting initiatives.
