  Responsible for:- Preparation & execution of 2 shale oil development wells in San Roque block.- 100 x WH & XT CFT.- Final engineering and operations follow-up of a uncommon operation: Reparation of the surface casing of a well which was found parted at the cellar level.- Standard tight gas well in Aguada Pichana block.- One-off exploratory oil well preparation & execution: Pilot hole + P&A operation + sidetrack + horizontal drain in La Escalonada block.Main issue faced: Operations carried on a strict cost reduction environment.Results: Contracts renegotiation achieving an average of 20% cost reduction. MPD equipment successfully used to improve ROP. Long term planning modifications. High vibrations level expected. Differential sticking due to drilling in depleted reservoirs. CAPEX optimization.Results: Continuous NPT reduction along the campaign. Average ROP increased by 30%. No downhole tool failure due to vibrations. Number of bits reduced by 55%.
