  Assigned to Water Supply Department of Labuan (JBAL) as a Director effective on 1st February 2016 until 1st April 2016. My first assignment was tasked to reformed and restructured back the JBAL organisation back to normal operation and maintenance of water supply operation in Labuan; as to serve betterness to the Labuan citizens to get a safer and reliable water supply. Another special task that was to given to me was to managed a set up a new billing system which was a first pilot project in Malaysia; whereas the water bills will be merge with Indah Water Konsortium's (IWK) sewerage services bill. Furthermore, my another task was to conduct special air service joint operation with Meteorology Department of Malaysia and Royal Malaysian Air Force Tactical Airlift Squadron to conduct several cloud seeding sorties in Sabah airspace; specifically in Tenom catchment area.During the short service in Labuan, I am also have been interviewed by Labuan FM and RTM TV1's channel as to explained to the public the joint-billing excercise, promoting saving the water usage, educating people using water wisely during the drought season. After a short of 3 months of assignment in Labuan, I have been reassigned back to JKR HQ in Kuala Lumpur as a Senior Civil Engineer as a Structural Specialist, Structural Rehabilition (Structure Specialist) Division, Civil and Structural Branch, PWD's Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur.
