  This event was organized by the Chemical Engineering Department of FEUP and our team was responsible for the development of all the tools related to the divulgation of the event, namely its logo, posters and social media page. This project allowed me to develop some skills in Marketing and Design, as well as to stimulate other personal skills, like team work, communication and organization.

  Researcher (Master Dissertation)

  In July of 2017, I concluded my master dissertation in LEPABE, at FEUP, with a mark of 18. During this project, I microencapsulated a plant called elderberry which, due to its antioxidant properties, can be very useful in the food, pharmaceutic and cosmetic industry.

  Participation in the 5th International ISEKI_Food Conference

  In July of 2018, I participate in the ISEKI_Food Conference, organized by the ISEKI-Food association (European Association for Integrating Food Science and Engineering Knowledge Into the Food Chain), which took place in Stuttgart, Germany. In this context, I made a poster presentation about a project developed in LEPABE, related with the “Release studies from films and microparticles containing polyphenols extracted from elderberry (Sambucus Nigra L.)”.

  Participation at the International Congress of Chemical and Process Engineering - CHISA

  In march of 2021, I participated at the international conference "CHISA", organized by the "Czech Society of Chemical Engineering". In this conference, I made a presentation about my experimental work at LEPABE related with the "Microencapsulation of liposoluble vitamins for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications".

  LEPABE - Laboratory for Process Engineering, Environment, Biotechnology and Energy

  Currently, I am a researcher in LEPABE, a research unit operating in the fields of Chemical, Environmental and Biological Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Porto (FEUP). I am involved in a project related with the microencapsulation of vitamins for food, pharmaceutic and cosmetic applications. During these projects, several analysis techniques have been applied, namely: SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy); Laser Granulometry (Coulter); FTIR (Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy); UV Spectroscopy; TGA (Thermogravimetry Analysis). During this period as a researcher at LEPABE, I submitted eight manuscripts to international scientific journals, two of them currently under revision and six already published. Show less

  Sou responsável pelo planeamento da produção de Cervejas e Sidras no Superbock Group, estando também envolvida nos diversos projetos de inovação da empresa. Fui responsável pela gestão de stocks do centro de produção de Leça do Balio, quer de mercado interno quer de exportação, o que envolvia quer a disponibilização do produto no local/timing correto para o cliente final, quer a gestão de espaço do armazém.
