  Build up and manage a team sized 40+ people working on VoIP PBXs of Nortel/Avaya. Manage project from inception to on-time delivery resulting in customer's satisfaction year after year. Was a pioneer of the company in successfully tranforming the project and the team from Waterfall to Agile Scrum.
