      I work at Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka at the Performance Centre in Lucca, Italy. I am currently working with the development program as the Continental Team Coach and Biokineticist. I managed all the training of the athletes on a daily basis and did the season planning and periodization of the riders. I manage all the equipment such as Garmin's and Power Meters. I am responsible for managing the supplementation of the riders. I offer core/strength training sessions as well as stretching classes to the riders. When the need arises I help with massage and assist the soigneurs at races.
