       To establish and lead a team that focuses purely on the rental sale of cranes to the Saudi market. Develop a detailed sales plan and routinely update the plan so that it remains a working tool for the business. Build, maintain and exploit a detailed market database to enable the company to develop a full understanding of the market, its segmentation, the company’s relative competitiveness and ultimately to maximize long term profitability  Take personal responsibility for managing key accounts and building the necessary close personal relationships to ensure the company extracts maximum value from these accounts.  Raise the company’s profile amongst blue chip contractors – both international and local – to ensure these clients provide the majority of the company’s sales and rentals. Deliver the highest possible level of sales and rental income from the Saudi market whilst ensuring reasonable margins are maintained. To report on market conditions and competitive activity within my territory Report on a regular basis on the prevailing and forecasted economic conditions within his territory that impact on my sales opportunity, eg. New projects, completion of existing projects etc Through careful study of training materials provided by the Company (and attendance at training courses) to ensure familiar with the Company's products and services to utilize professional selling skills to communicate to his prospective buyers. Participate in other sales and promotional activities as may be deemed necessary to generate business within his territory, eg.
