  Worked on the validation of recombinant antibodies using various techniques. (Western blot, ICC, KO, siRNA silencing studies)I had core function in cell culture team with experience in handling a number of cell lines. Worked on various methods of lysate preparation and optimising/improvising protocols for efficient isolation of proteins. Learnt to detect and troubleshoot in case of mycoplasma contamination using RT-PCR and Imaging methods. During my tenure, I was awarded in the "Involvement Category" couple of times. I also worked as an intern from March 2015- November 2015 during which I learnt various techniques involved with antibody development and validation. Show less
