  My practice is focused on the defense of physicians, hospitals and nursing homes in medical negligence cases. The physicians include internists, ophthalmologists, orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, oncologists, ENT physicians, podiatrists, optometrists and dentists. I also represent healthcare providers in actions brought by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine.A small percentage of my practice is devoted to representing small businesses in the defense of accident cases including elevator accidents and accidental electrocution cases. I have tried cases in courtrooms throughout Central and Western Pennsylvania from Centre County to Lawrence County. I am also admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Western District and have tried jury trials in the Federal Courts in Erie and Williamsport. In total I have tried to verdict over 50 jury trials in the defense of physicians or businesses. Show less
