      In the two months leading up to the event, I communicate with all the participating shows (over 50 companies) to ascertain their technical requirements, organise their sound check slot and obtain their backing tracks. I then prepare mic plots, show handbooks and associated paperwork for technical departments to work to.West End Live is a two day event run over a weekend showcasing musicals currently running and soon to be open on the West End. I program and operate backing tracks for performers using QLab at West End Live in Trafalgar Square, as well as taking care of presenter microphones and VT audio in links between performances.
