  Responsible for raising & managing program budget of over $1.7M in grants, contracts, membership fees and restricted funding. Coordinate fundraising/donor special recognition events and maintain relationships with donors. Direct liaison to Board of Directors (27 members), Program & Volunteer Committee of the Board along with community partners that include: school districts, probation department, community based organizations and corporate partners. Within the Program department, supervise an integrated team comprised of: Consultants (Grant Writer, Evaluator & Researcher), Managers, Coordinators, Associates, and direct program staff. Program Department provides program services to 5,000 girls and their families yearly. Project Lead: Eureka! expansion plan that includes: 500 girls/5 years/$5M dollar project focusing on STEM initiatives – making this one of the largest single-gender programs in the nation. Show less
