      Haptotherapy is a person-oriented therapy that focuses on how you make contact with yourself, your feelings, and your environment. Your body is an excellent guide and instrument to this; it can tell you a lot, if you listen carefully. Haptotherapists can for example help people who are experiencing burn-out symptoms. By getting more in touch with their body, they will discover old patterns and signals, which can help them deal better with or even change their daily struggles.
