      While working in this company, which is a large supermarket, I had the opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills as I was exposed to plenty of technologies such as MS Windows, MS office and Linux and I also learnt about ERP systems and hardware.In this hole was included:-Installation, maintenance and support of IT equipment including laptops, telecoms equipment, printers, scanners, and workstations;-Provide assistance and training to end users;-Create and maintain operational documentation;-Management of users access and permissions;-Create back-ups daily and restoring them if necessary;-Ensure safety through maintaining software up to date and following safety policies;I also worked in a project of restructuration of networking, which aimed the improvement of velocity and reliability by substituting cables, routers and interfaces.
