  The Residence Hall Director is responsible for the residential life functions in one or more residence halls, housing up to 500 students. Through supervision of up to 16-18 Paraprofessional Staff fosters a clean, safe, positive, and inclusive community environment that encourages students to develop their full potential. This position includes educational, supervisory and administrative functions that promote student engagement, academic success, personal development, a strong sense of community through the implementation of the residential curriculum. This position is supervised by the Associate Director of Residential Life.The Summer Conference Coordinator, under the direction of Residential Life, is responsible for the daily success of the conference program. The Coordinator responds to the needs of the visiting conference guest and event groups.
