As an airman and officer, I received many hours of leadership training through formal courses throughout my career.   In my fourteen-year accounting career, I’ve held the positions of Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Controller. I’ve managed as few as 10 people and as many as 32. I’ve coordinated many projects and provided oversight of different departments while working with tribal governments. These departments include: accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, purchasing, payroll and grants management.
