  In this position, I provided installation support for our medical cabinet analytics software, PandoraVIA, for over fifty hospitals across the country. By installation support, I mean I coordinated with all them, by phone and email, to plan out the hardware and software requirements necessary for me to remotely install and configure the program. After I've installed/configured PandoraVIA, I would guide the users through initial training and assist them with technical support.

  In this role, I manage devops for internal and external customer support tools at Palo Alto Networks. I lead the team in establishing processes where there are none, like building out new Kubernetes clusters entirely and getting us to work with Kubernetes. I standardized our pipelines, automating our patching within our CI/CD. I plan out expansion and automation of Palo Alto Networks' TAC lab, a lab for our technical assistance engineers. I've also written automation scripts in Python to ease day-to-day tasks for our TAC engineers, such as scripts to save a DUT config to a case automatically, or a script to change the OS version installed in our firewalls.
