My role at CFE entailed strategic and operational planning of the Foundation Phase Initiative (FPI), managing the Foundation Phase Initiative (FPI) by collaborating with partners (UNICEF, LEGO FOUNDATION and Department of Education) to ensure the quality implementation of the project in implementing provinces. It also included advocating for Learning through Play with School Management Team (SMT) and ensuring that the government, National, provincial and district supported the initiative and promoted leaning through play as a strategic and systematic solution for all foundation phase learners.
