Show less During the initial part of my role as the NSW Sales Database Administration role, I performed a customer care service for several of Ricoh's major customers. This role served as the first point of call for monitoring our performance and improving our customer satisfaction KPIs.The role involved:- Valet and monitoring service for a variety of RICOH's solutions and technologies within our premier customers.- Handling on-site customer issues, questions and requests.- Lodging service calls- Co-ordinate with RICOH Valet Managers and Account ManagersNotes: - I trained 2 staff on-site, to take over the role. - Set a positive precedent for Customer Care Valets to benchmark against.
