Analysis the QC report and Maintain process parameters (temperature, pressure, concentration, PH etc.), Calculate the daily salt & water consumption report, Prepare the daily production report of NaOH, Maintain optimum dosing rate, Ensure the cell safety, Maintain optimum free chlorine in process, Check the process log sheets, Look after Calcium Chloride Plant, Communicate with other sections, Identify troubleshooting & maintenance of different equipment such as pumps, tanks, absorber, filter(Candle, Anthracite), clarifier, ion-exchanger & reactor etc, Ensure the safety during operation.(2) Operation and Control of Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW) plant by manually which is a semi-batch process.
