  • Daily Pricing – Pull agency and aggregator pricing and perform analysis to produce daily rate sheets for origination while accounting for current hedge positions and market conditions. Work with VP of Capital Markets to determine daily hedge coverage figures and to assess intra-day repricing when adding coverage throughout the day.• Margin Analysis – Produce and present reports analyzing ACM pricing against competition in multiple MSAs using Optimal Blue’s Optimal Insight tool.• Optimal Blue (OB) Administrator – Manage all Hedge, Portfolio and Best Efforts products, pricing sources, eligibility rules and adjustment overlays in OB.
