       Speaking to and collaborating with a variety of people, such as valuable customers, vendors, management, and information technology (IT) staff during the creation and maintenance of our internal systems. Responsible for creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization’s quality and operational standards. Successfully develop a cost-efficient system for projects by performing a cost-benefit analysis. Ensuring that the organization is operating at maximum efficiency. Accountable for resolving any hardware issue such as faulty equipment and making sure the internal system is 24/7 without any major failure. Responsible for configuring the system according to customer and internal-specific requirements.  Perform daily analysis of failed hardware devices and recommend cost effective plans to repair or replace. Troubleshooting and debugging performance issues raised internally or from customers. Permanent communication internally with the entire staff with emphasis on IT Problem Solving. Successfully retrieve data for analysis of system capabilities. Design support peripherals, including central processing units (CPUs), support logic, microprocessors, custom integrated circuits, and printers and disk drives.
