  Teaching Assistant for History of Art and Architecture Courses

  Being a TA is a great opportunity to give back and help students understand the material that I, only a few years ago, was still learning. The best part is that at the end of all three courses, it’s really rewarding to see the students give their final presentations, and see that you brought this group of students together and helped them along the way. What was challenging was the management and organization of assignments for more than 120 students.Assisted the instructor in the following courses: History of Art &Architecture I, II & III-Prepared and proctored examinations-Developed and managed materials, such as syllabi, visual aids, supplementary notes, and the blackboard-Conducted and organized field trips to historical sites for over 100 students -Been familiar with the course content and assignments-Set up the classroom and attend to any technical issuesI have improved my communication skills, as I had to make sure that everything was always clear to both the students and the professors.
