Installed $12M in capital equipment.- Used numerous surface and thin film analysis techniques to characterize materials and processes: SEM, TEM, AFM, SIMS, XPS, EDS, AES, FIB, 4-point probe, laser interferometry.- Reduced wastewater cost by $1M/yr by designing and implementing water use reduction measures.- Developed angstrom-level thin film polishing processes, enabling the first mass fabrication of MRAM devices.- Used software such as JMP, Minitab, Excel to perform process analysis, modeling and designed experiments.- Six-sigma Green Belt and Design for Six Sigma certified.- Maintained CMP area product scrap rate below 0.01% for 11+ years.
