  •Conducted comprehensive research on the agricultural geography of Karnataka, gaining insights into crops grown and regional food recipe consumption with the availability of ingredients.•Collaborated with diverse communities across Karnataka by interviewing, particularly tribal groups, to collect data on regional or more than 500 food recipes associated with health and Ayurvedic benefits.•Visited around 50 demonstrator homes to conduct approximately 60 recipe shooting sessions, capturing traditional cooking methods and gathering relevant data from their village or town.•Conserved 50+ endangered food recipes by detailed write-ups, documenting ingredients, cooking techniques, and cultural significance.•Conducted nutrient and Ayurveda analysis of traditional recipes to assess their nutritional content by engaging in blog and vlog posts, highlighting the nutritional, and health benefits.•Analysed data collected from recipes to identify patterns, trends, and variations in traditional food practices.This role allowed me to deepen my understanding of Karnataka's traditional food recipes and culture while honing my skills in recipe understanding and development, community outreach, research and data analysis, health benefits of regional foods, content creation, and multimedia production Show less
