  · Designed user-centered weather features for 1 billion Windows users which include weather cards, timeline, historical weather chart, air quality index graphic, and weather map. Achieved over 50% DAU YOY increase for weather website through iterative design improvements. The CTR of weather on Windows Prong 1 ranked Top 1 among other content service verticals.· Assisted my mentor in creating a Design System for the MSN Money website. I focused on creating the color, font, component and icon library. (I created a color library includes 48 colors, a font library includes 11 kinds of fonts, a component library includes 25 variants)· Designed Trending Topic cards and maintenance status page for the Bing News website. Assisted in creating users flows and cards for Map & News Mode on Bing Maps.   · Designed 9 basic functions for the Lark Email product, including Document Authorization, Serial Number Editing, Mail Label, etc. All functions were publicly launched in August 2021.· Based on the product creative document written by PM, I explored 4 innovative features of Lark Email and completed design drafts, which passed high-level review and were added to the development plan for the next quarter.· Participated in the Annual Product Design Review where I sorted out current experience problems of Lark Email through competitive product analysis and user feedback (about 4000 feedbacks) and assisted mentor in completing an annual design report.   · Identified usability problems in the user interface design of Indeed's current website. Completed a 36-page Heuristic Evaluation Report. · Collaborated with 3 teammates and invited 8 users to do a comparative usability test between Indeed and Handshake. Based on the interview records and SUS data, we summarized the current problems of the Indeed website, and draw design sketches to provide 6 suggestions.
