In FY14, expanded program beyond Architect and Consultant roles to include Engagement Managers, Technical Account Managers, Project Managers and Premier Field Engineers. Results: 37 CABs were delivered to 215 participants (4 of which by me to 36 IC5-level participants with a $100K budget). In addition, identified need and collaborated with Microsoft Campus developers to create a new, out-of-the-box SharePoint workflow tool for participants preparing for a CAB event. Led the OCTO MSPoll Career Development Team effort which improved the OCTO Workforce Health Index (WHI) Career Development results for FY13 by 17 points.Spoke at the Career Advisor Program in April 2013, a Microsoft Services Premier event, on Networking for Success.
