  Here, I negotiated and closed all outstanding change orders along with directing execution of the remaining change orders for ICF, Waste Treatment, and Steam Generation Unit. I successfully spearheaded contracts close out as per contractual obligations. I also headed the installation of major fire equipment in SGU. Accelerated the engineering phase for SRB3, Surface Resin Basin. I singlehandedly negotiated and finalized major unresolved changes orders. I carefully communicated with civil contractors responsible for completing the internal and perimeter roads within deadlines. Lastly, I facilitated struggling work with Marafiq (third parties) to commission utility services. Provided oversight and direction during the repair of the two outfall tanks from engineering phase through construction to final handover and MCC. Expedited the Thermal Treating Unit work during the emergency shutdown to replace the butterfly valve. Completed over 40 disputed change orders and avoided potential claims. Closed all remaining Mechanical Completion Certificates and concluded the Interface Connecting Facilities. Provided savings of more than $13M by heat tracing a large pipeline and modifying the pipe racks at the KFIP.   I assumed the role of Deputy Project Manager in 2019. I streamline and coordinate all site activities pertaining to reconstruction of two Atmospheric Residual Desulphurization Units while providing direction, guidance, and advice to team under supervision. I also review and implement all change orders for PRefChem along with assuring verification of quality documents as per project specifications. Moreover, I track and communicate progress to senior management while ensuring completion in accordance with schedule and within budgetary and time constraints. Played a key role in saving 1.2% only for Refinery and steam cracker out of the Approved Contract Value along with avoiding $10M for two packages. Facilitated delivery of materials and aided in sourcing of materials from other vendors and packages.
