  As apart of the I.T Support team I supported both external customers and internal users for general I.T needs such as Exchange management, Active Directory and Medtech32 support as well as support for products developed in house for the medical industry.While at Southlink I was able to obtain my ITIL Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management and decide on retraining as a Software Developer due to my exposure to in house developments.

  As a major part of our degree we ( a team of 4 ) where assigned a business problem for a client.We developed a sentiment analysis tool for our client that was used on open ended style questions from a survey that determined whether they were on a varying scale, positive or negative and categorise them accordingly. This cut down on the administrators manual tasks significantly.Some frameworks used where Java, H2 Database and openNLP,

  GosuGamer's had an idea to automate some of their tournament processes for a popular video game Player Unknown's Battlegrounds. This involved integrating Gosu's tournament website into a chat tool called Discord.
