Managed the development and implementation of critical procedures for commissioning and startup of offshore oil and gas units. Played a key role in planning and executing construction activities and technical procedures for preservation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover of units, significantly contributing to high-profile projects. Developed critical and pioneering tests for shipyards in Brazil, receiving recognition from PETROBRAS as the best EPC company in Brazil in 2019. Some milestones achieved, such as in the P-74 project, include:- Installation, commissioning and start-up of turbo generators (GE);- Installation commissioning and star-up of Moto compressors, Turbo compressors, VRU, FGRU and Blowers (GE, KOBELCO, SUNDYNE, JONH ZINC);- SRU System Installation, commissioning and Start-up; (SUEZ/DEGREMONT);- Gas Dehydration System – Molecular Sieve (EBR)- H2S Removal System – Molecular Sieve (Cameron)- Chemical Injection Installation, commissioning and Start-up (Frames)- HPU Marine and Topside Installation, commissioning and Start-up (Frames, Framo)- CO2 Removal System Installation, commissioning and Start-up (UOP/Honeywell);- Long-duration nitrogen testing on 12 Turbo compressors at the shipyard pier, reducing offshore startup time and eliminating logical and interlocking problems in compression trains.- Execution of the plant simulation test at the pier, using the unit's defined equipment. The 36-hour test ensured the complete operation of the main systems for the un;it's first oil with absolute success. Another pioneering case developed by my team.- Responsible for the design, procedures, and execution strategy of all hydrostatic and leak tests with pressures exceeding 1000 bar. Show less
