    • Batsheva Dance Company

      Jul 2015 - Oct 2017
      Associate Producer

I have a deep passion for the performing arts, and joining a brand like BatSheva was a dream come true for me. It's one of the best dance companies in the world, and being a part of it allowed me to immerse myself in the art form I love. One of the achievements I am most proud of is spearheading the development and management of a financial model for leasing out one of our company's vacant studios to creators and choreographers. This initiative not only generated an additional stream of income for the company but also optimized our resources. For a show to flow and seem effortless, performers, producers and crew all need to feel harmonious with each other. For that, we need to put effort into communication, agility and empathy. To enable these conversations, I drew on my particular skills of motivation and communication - and realised then, that this is a strength of mine. Show less

    • National Library of Israel

      Oct 2017 - Dec 2018
      Project Manager

I joined this role because I was drawn to the opportunity to pioneer a position that deals with heritage, history, the arts, and technology.I was surprised by how many interesting objects with stories behind them are hidden in people's houses. It made me realize that without us, these treasures might disappear forever.I'm proud of the fact that we managed to locate rare archival materials and convinced the owners to trust us with them. Additionally, I'm proud that we digitized tens of thousands of objects, making them accessible for researchers. And I have to mention here my direct manager Iris not only did she possess an abundance of knowledge about the content material, but she was also masterful in negotiating agreements and designing work processes. Her passion for all aspects of the work was evident and contagious. Show less

    • Embassy of Israel in London

      Jan 2019 - now
      Director of Cultural Affairs

I oversee and manage the bilateral cultural relations between Israel and the UK. This involves executing and delivering projects that contribute to the cultural dialogue between both countries. Projects are borne from a positive discussion with partners in order to ensure every side is motivated and confident of success. In many ways, I see myself as a matchmaker. The relationships I am building and nurturing between people are synergistically startling. Whether they are between stakeholders from cultural institutions, government bodies, educational organizations, artists, or any other key players in the arts and cultural sectors – I am often in awe and wonder about what then happens. While I came to this role because I wanted to serve my country in a meaningful way, I am seeing that this role has enabled me to eradicate prejudice and change perspectives on all sides. Show less
