Co-instructor for IS490DA, Database Administration and Scaling Provided leadership and management for the IT department: 30 staff including six assistant directors and managers, including Software Development, Web Team, Scholarly Communications and Repositories, Infrastructure Support, Workstations and Networks, and Help Desk. Provided technical leadership, project management, software development, and information architecture expertise to bespoke software development projects in the University of Illinois Library, including grant-funded research and development projects.
