  Highlights:- I acquired and implemented an electronic Product Data Management (ePDM) system in the facility. Central servers were established to support thin clients, installed on custom hardware at each machine and work station in the building. These efforts consolidated decades of paperwork, organizing shop documentation for massive quality and cost benefits.- I was appointed lead engineer for the Inspection Department. Measurement System Analysis discipline and management was a key bottleneck in the facility, until statistically justified sampling methods and improved work cycling were implemented to increase quality and throughput.Job Responsibilities:- Technical Document Authorization: I controlled signature authority for all customer contracts, PO’s and some company-wide specifications.- Audit Process Owner: I served as the primary engineering contact for various groups, successfully keeping the company within AS, ISO, and NADCAP conformance guidelines.- In-House Apparatus Design: Designed and build various fixturing and inspection apparatus in order to automate and error-proof repetitive tasks.- Inspection Equipment Procurement: In a strictly monitored and regimented environment, I ensured that in-process and final gaging and inspection equipment were well within compliance.
