      After working with Crane's & Rigging for many years, It's hard to understand why a company will buy a million dollar crane and then send that million dollar crane to a job site without a well planned Crane & Rigging Lift Plan. It's very simple, Crane & Rigging lift plans can prevent terrible Crane Accidents. "Three simple reason for crane accidents." 1. Mechanical failure. 2. Disobeying Crane & Rigging Capacity Charts. 3. Improper support beneath the crane.The time for an investigation is not at the crane accident, the investigation should began before you ever hook on to a piece of equipment with a well plan Crane & Rigging lift plan. They can & will prevent Crane Accidents. It's very simple, A well plan crane & rigging lift plan will detect a crane accident and can stop a crane accident before it ever happens. The Lift Plan start with the Crane's placement on the job site, and then it shows the Ground Bearing Pressure for the Crane that is making the lift, and then it shows the actual lift plan for the Equipment to be lifted, plus it will show the Rigging Plans for a Safe Crane Lift. It also will show the Crane & Rigging capacity Charts. It will show the proper size of a crane mat that needs to be, beneath the Crane's, Out Riggers for the different types of soils that the crane may be setting on.
