Transformed an in-person workforce to fully remote during the pandemic, and the return to a permanent hybrid workforce with the right mix of technology that increased productivity and employee satisfaction. Worked across departments to automate and innovate the operation including the creation of P3 (member and staff access portal) remote scanning of all US Mail to flow into the claims systems, automating renewal, invoicing, collection of exposure data. Assisted in the selection and implementation of a new cloud-based claims system and helped identify inefficiencies that could be address in a new process while identifying, working with, coordinating, and leveraging essential third-party providers.
