E) Supervise the preparation of development of scope of work for engineering consultants.F) Supervise, guide and review the tech-economic evaluation of selection of Engineering Consultants.G) Supervise & ensure quality by Engineering Teams of engineering consultant work outputs.H) Supervise the issuance of material requisitions.I) Supervise and review the technical and commercial bid offers for equipment/material selection and final recommendation.J) Supervise and ensure quality in-house engineering design for specific projects including conceptual engineering projects Front End Engineering Design and detailed engineering.K) Manage the Facility Engineering business process and ensure effective utilization of project management and facility engineering expertise for quality support to Business Units in their activities.L) Oversee and control the implementation of projects and ensure smooth coordination and handing over of completed facilities to the Business Unit.M) Manage the development programme for UAE National engineers to achieve the Nationalization Plan set by the Company.N) Lead, direct, motivate, coach and develop team leaders and other department personnel to work to their best potential in pursuit of the department’s objectives.O) Work in line with Company and International HSE Policy, and ensure department personnel are aware of, and comply with HSE procedures, rules and regulations.
