      Having started as college summer intern in the IT department and having advanced to a Sr. Technical Analyst position at Universal Forest Products, Peter was the point person with the 3rd party IT vendor, managing the installation and deployment of the Cisco VoIP phone system with Unity voicemail. In doing so, Peter was responsible for acquiring all the resources necessary to install the Cisco IP phone system, providing end-user support and training. In addition, he managed the setup and termination for all users on various enterprise-wide systems (Unix, Windows, Exchange). Peter had additional responsibilities in server, network and PC setup, repair and deployment across the entire 8000+ employee network.       While at Holy Spirit Hospital in the role of Sr. Network / Voice Engineer, Peter was responsible for a wide range of IT activities across the entire organization. He was the manager for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and Unified Contact Center Express. In his role, he led the deployment of new and upgraded phone systems at remote sites using Cisco VoIP.
