Ensure outstanding rating in Audit Managing teller counter operations and welcome desk operations. Co-ordination with the customer on a daily basis and solve the problem regarding ATM Card Accepting transfer requests, RTGS, NEFT, etc., from customers and ensuringthe processing of the same as per timelines Checking of vouchers and numbered instruments to detect the error at the time of inputting. Obtaining Form 60 (PAN/ Form 60 needed for account opening), Form 15G, 15H etc.* Managed operations like A/c opening, FD, Lockers, Forex etc. Responsible for Pins custodian, ATM/Debit card hotlising & Stop payment. Cash Verification of ATM at least twice in weak. Receive Captured Cards and follow up on Destruction and Hot listing of the Card as per process. Co-ordination to Atm reconciliation for chargeback claim. Marking of cheques returns in ICTM. Verification of batch in OCTV. Sending of return cheques to customers / branches.
