  Our mission is to empower individuals through service. We totally believe in"give without any expectations in return". We aim to foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, and social responsibility.Why?Why did I choose to lead the Volunteering Club? Because I believe in the transformative power of giving back. Volunteering is not just about helping others, it's about personal growth, building connections, and creating a ripple effect of positive change. I wanted to inspire others to see the value in service, to understand that even small acts of kindness can have a profound impact. Leading this club will allow me to channel my passion for social good into structured, impactful actions.How?How do I make these goals a reality? By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every member feels valued and motivated. When I took the position almost 1 month ago, I started identifying the pain points immediately and after my due diligence I was able to figure out that we have to build a culture within the community and strive for more sponsorships,and from that point forward me and my VP started constructing a plan and execute on it so we can build our culture and identify and work with the "top 20%" to get the most out of it.To cure the lack of sponsorships we decided to have a social media presence and take more of a proactive approach rather than a reactive one which I believe will increase our probability to get a satisfying output. I believe that through regular feedback and reflection, I ensure that our systems, solutions and initiatives are continuously improving and making a meaningful difference. Show less we were able to hit our annual goals in less than a month.being an AURAK director of the media department is an honour to me the main reason for me embarking on this journey was my previous experiences with content creation and studying and analysing the algorithms for various content types and that along with my internal belief of what I offer to the table and with the help of my team we were able to :1- build and establish a culture within our team.2-this rippled effect into hitting our annual content plan in just 3 weeks of tunnel vision focus.and after taking this journey with the team I learned a bunch of various skills from it,I leanerd how to :1-manage a team2-dealing with the pressure and the frustration when things go south.3- gained the ability to extract and make data driven insights from our analysis to our content performance across all social media platforms.4-I learned that building a culture within the team is single handedly the best tool in the long run to produce as much as possible.5-from my expirence in the role I learned that over analysis is a form of procrastination and doesn't get you anywhere (you have to learn from you wins and from your losses) so just do it.
