      • Primary responsibility is to manage Market Data Administration for the Bank for Asia Pac, Paris, London & New York sites thereby being a SME & SPOC for all regions.• Request Management – Providing access of Terminals & Exchanges to traders (Bloomberg & Reuters and others) for trading. Also managing transfer & Leaver process• Processing the Requests – Actioning the requests in tools like DACS of Reuters & Bloomberg Website and raising Purchase requisition in PeopleSoft• Invoicing – Invoice reconciliation for all the Market Data Vendor Invoices for the services subscribed by Traders which will be processed in tool – GMDM (Global Tool) for cost allocation report and the same will be sent to ACFI for payment & enable them make the payment & charge the correct dept with the rightful costs.• Maintaining the referential database up-to-date with the actual Market data services used through J/L/C received from the regions.• Performing Uploads – Bloomberg Upload (monthly) and Reuters Upload (Quarterly) with the help of GMDM tool.• Providing the “Steer-Co Committee” with the specified cost reports & detailed justification for any increase or decrease in the monthly costs of various dept, after analyzing them carefully & liaising with the respective regions, if required.• High Level Global Reporting – BEST Report, Top 10 Spend Report, Dual Exchanges Report, PRIV Report and other Business Challenge reports with analysis is prepared and delivered to Business on a monthly basis which is very vital and critical report.• Other Activities – EOM Provision Report, HR Reconciliation, Month-End Check and all other activities will be carried as per the set deadlines.• Exchange declaration for various Stock Exchanges like AMEX, NYSE, Toronto SE, Bourse De Montreal & NASDAQ etc for Market Data.• Ensuring timely deliveries from our Bangalore team & that the KPI’s, set globally, are met.
