      I started in the lending industry as an account executive in San Antonio TX with Ameriquest mortgage in 2004. From there I moved to San Diego where I held my real estate license and worked as an agent and as a loan officer. As the mortgage meltdown started, I went to work as a loan processor and then started with USAA as a VA/Conventional mortgage underwriter. I earned my MI real estate license in 2018 and my NMLS license in 2022. I purchased my first home (a blighted property) and rehabbed it in 2016. I understand that when a loan is approved or declined both decisions are in the best interest of the borrower.
