      Together with two other interns, I took on a project in which we investigated the decision-making process related to IT in non-governmental organisations. Through qualitative (interviewing numerous employees from IT departments of organisations from all over the world) and quantitative research (online survey), we gained useful knowledge about the decision-making process and needs of these organisations.
